abduct, kidnap,hijake
这三个词均指用非法的、秘密的、强力的手段将某人劫走，即“诱拐，绑架，劫持”，它们的区别是：
1.在一般意义上，abduct指诱拐或挟持妇女和儿童；kidnap可指劫持或绑架任何人；hijack则指偷窃或武力劫持行驶中的交通工具，特别是劫持飞机。
2.在法律意义上，kidnap比abduct意义广泛。凡违背某人或其法律保护人的意志、以暴力或欺诈手段劫持并扣留，都可称kidnap，尤指为索取赎金的绑架或劫持人质的行为；而abduct仅指为达到逼婚或逼奸的目的、违背或不违背（常指法定年龄以下的）女子的意愿将其劫走的犯罪行为。
